Innovative’s Three-Year Limited Warranty

Innovative’s products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. The company will repair, replace or make appropriate adjustments where Innovative’s inspection discloses defects occurring in normal usage within three years after date of purchase.

All products must be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended procedures and guidelines. Improper use or installation could void this warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse.

Innovative’s Lifetime Limited Warranty

Innovative’s Parts Carts, Wall SuperStorage, Wall Bumper, Mobile Bumper, Truck Bed Dolly and Truck Bed-Lift are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime. The company will repair, replace or make appropriate adjustments where Innovative’s inspection discloses defects occurring in normal usage.

All products must be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended procedures and guidelines. Improper use or installation could void this warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse.

Exchanges

If your product was defective, simply contact Innovative to request a replacement. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different one, simply return the original item to Innovative (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the new item. No need to wait for us to receive the original item back before placing the new order.

Returns

New merchandise may be returned for refund within 30 days subject to the following conditions: Innovative may decline any return or exchange where the product is not in “like-new” condition. “Like-new” means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of “like new” merchandise are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must have an RMA number. Returned packages will not be accepted without an RMA number. Please contact our return department for an RMA number.
